Anxiety
Heightened anxiety can make us miserable! It disrupts our sleep, makes it hard to eat, and makes us feel paranoid. When we’re struggling with this we can’t shake those unwanted thoughts and often feel like someone has hijacked our bodies. We can teach you techniques to manage your thoughts, bring peace back to your life, and find relaxation again. We do this by working through a variety of proven methods. These strategies work on many of the symptoms of anxiety.

Depression
Other times we are overcome with more than just sadness. When depression occurs it often takes a while for us to figure it out. Things that point us toward thinking we have depression include:
